Ultra Plus is a whopping 8.5MILS thick, effortlessly protecting your vehicle from scratches, stone chips, abrasion, pollution, and UV rays while retaining high gloss. Due to the highly effective coating, the film will not yellow and has extreme water beading properties and as such The nanoGard Ultra Plus will protect your car for years to come.

Most self-healing paint protection film needs energy to close a swirl mark — sun on the panel, hot water, a heat gun. ULTRA PLUS closes light marks without it, which matters most in a garage-kept car that rarely gets hot enough to trigger a conventional topcoat. It is paired with 80% gloss enhancement and measures 96 gloss at 60° with 5,000 psi tensile strength on the data sheet.
Measurably, yes. ULTRA PLUS is rated at 5,000 psi tensile strength against ULTRA's 3,500 psi, and 96 gloss against 90. ULTRA answers back on elongation — 450% against 250% — so it is the more forgiving film to stretch over complex panels. ULTRA PLUS is the more protective film; ULTRA is the more accommodating one.
